Press Release Body = BaseballYap.com has pulled the news together. All 30 teams of
Major League Baseball have their own page of news pulled from multiple locations of
the web.

\"I wanted a location that I could find the latest news on my favorite Major League
Baseball team, the Chicago Cubs. So, I went out and created a site that did just
that for me,\" explains Dave Hansen when asked why he created this website. Hansen
didn\'t just create a page for his favorite team, but one for each of the teams in
the Major Leagues. \"There are fans just like me that want news on their team, but
don\'t want it from just their local paper, USA Today, or other Major Sports Media.
That is why I created one for each team.\" Each teams page has the latest news for
that team. The page isn\'t cluttered with a bunch of other \"stuff\" either. News
headlines, a short description, page links, and some other text ads.

Dave has also included a forum called Yaptime. \"The forum was created to allow fans
to speak their minds about their team, Major League Baseball, or whatever about the
sports world. There have been so many times when I wanted to speak my mind about a
trade the Chicago Cubs didn\'t make. Now I can do that and have the opportunity to
have fans from around the world can reply to me via the forum,\" said Dave Hansen.
The site is brand new as of April 2006, so there isn\'t much activity on the forum
yet. \"I think it will pick up once word gets around.\"

BaseballYap.com also plans on creating a blog registry of team related blogs.
Hansen gives reasons for blog registry, \"Some of the greatest news is created via
the New Media of Blogs. I want to pull together blogs related to each team. Blogs
have become more than just some computer nerds journal. You can find a blog on just
about anything.\"

Visiting the Major League Baseball site for news is a bit annoying. There is so
much other \"stuff\" on the page. BaseballYap.com has kept it simple.
BaseballYap.com is also planning on releases a \"Reports\" page. Dave says the
\"Reports\" page will be reports he created for his own purposes that list the
rankings of players for different statistical categories of interest to him. Major
League Baseball is full of statistics which Hansen found to be very interesting and
intriguing.
